I’m a beginner and don’t know which DAW software to use.

I recommend starting with a DAW that’s available on iOS instead of a computer. The reason is that iOS DAWs are generally designed to be simpler to operate. My recommendations are Koala Sampler and Ableton Note. Both are excellent apps, so you should give them a try!
