- Purchasing or minting a Site NFT grants you ownership of the NFT and a limited, non-commercial license to display the associated music and/or artwork. Other intellectual property rights remain with Genx Beats.
- License Terms:
- The license is for personal use only. You cannot modify, commercialize, or create derivative works from the Artwork or Digital Item.
- Restrictions:
- You may not use Digital Items in offensive, commercial, or unauthorized ways, nor register related trademarks or copyrights.
- Prohibitions:
- Fractionalizing NFTs, unlinking music and/or artwork from NFTs, or using them to advertise or sell other products is strictly forbidden.
- Transfers:
- You can transfer NFTs with rights only if the royalty is paid to Genx Beats. Transfers must comply with platform rules, laws, and regulations.
- Royalties:
- Royalties for NFT transfers must be paid to Genx Beats, and failure to do so voids the license for the music and artwork.
- Not Securities:
- The NFTs are for personal use and enjoyment, not for investment purposes.
- Collector Perks:
- Additional benefits (physical or digital) may be offered to NFT owners, but terms for perks are subject to these Collector Terms.
- Termination:
- Violation of the terms leads to immediate termination of your rights to the NFTs and Music/Artworks, including disabling functionality.
- Entire Agreement:
- These terms, the Site’s Terms of Service, and other policies are the complete agreement between you and Genx Beats.
