The Value of Real Experiences in Blogs: Why Experience Matters Even in the Age of AI

Even in the AI era, where content generation is more efficient than ever, personal experience remains a critical element for meaningful blog writing. Here are the key takeaways:

    1. Authenticity and Connection
Real-life experiences bring authenticity, including emotions and personal anecdotes that genuinely connect with readers. This depth goes beyond mere information sharing.
    2. Unique Perspective
Being an experienced individual allows you to uncover specific details, insights, and angles that stand out from AI-generated or purely research-based content.
    3. AI Complements, Experience Leads
While AI excels at generating structured content, it lacks the “feel” of direct experience. Your personal stories and firsthand knowledge complement AI’s capabilities, creating valuable and relatable content.
    4. Experiences as Foundations
Trying a product, attending events, or engaging in activities yourself enriches your blog’s content and makes it more engaging and credible.

    Conclusion:
AI is a powerful assistant, but what makes your blog stand out is the unique perspective and authenticity that only real experiences can bring. Take a step outside, try something new, and transform your experiences into compelling stories that resonate with your readers!

  • If you write an article using ChatGPT, you’ll notice it has a certain AI-like tone, right? So, how can you make it feel less like it was written by AI?

If you write an article using ChatGPT, you’ll notice it has a certain AI-like tone, right? So, how can you make it feel less like it was written by AI?

Here are some points to keep in mind:

    • Mix in conversational language
Use phrases like “you know,” “maybe,” or “perhaps.” Adding a touch of casualness makes the text feel more human.
    • Vary sentence length
Combine short and punchy sentences with longer, more detailed ones. It creates a natural rhythm.
    • Use sentence-ending nouns occasionally
Instead of always finishing sentences with “is” or “does,” try ending them with a noun for effect. It adds sophistication.
    • Show personality
Add in personal anecdotes or thoughts. If you can include your own perspective, it feels authentic.
    • Come up with your own metaphors
An AI-generated text often sticks to clichés. Try crafting unique comparisons or analogies to express your points.
    • Express emotions
Whether it’s excitement, curiosity, or frustration, sprinkle in words that hint at feelings. It makes the writing relatable.
    • Edit it manually
Always go over the piece yourself (or ask someone else to). Rewrite parts that feel unnatural or repetitive, and ensure the flow of the text is smooth.

By applying these techniques, you’ll end up with something that feels much more personal and human, even if it was initially AI-generated.

  • The Reason Why AI’s Answer is not enough

The Reason Why AI’s Answer is not enough

Asking AI a question sounds like it has no opinion, because it will start talking about the advantage and disadvantage of both point of views, and always end up with the same conclusion, which is, “Choosing A or B depends on your preference.”

Come on, man. I think most readers understand that it is always your preference to choose between the two, but they are searching for a reason for choosing one over another. What readers are actually looking for is the reason behind “Why should I choose A?” or “Why should I choose B?” They just want a little push to feel a little more confident in their choices.

That’s why readers want a strong opinion. They want you to tell them clearly, either “A is better” or “B is better,” and the reasons why.

In the end, obviously, it’s up to the reader to choose A or B, but they want to hear “YOUR opinion,” if you know what I mean.

So, asking AI “Which is better, A or B?” doesn’t really get you anywhere. That’s what I say.
