What is Private Relay in iOS?

Private Relay is a privacy feature available on iCloud+ subscription for iOS users. When enabled, Private Relay ensures that no one, including Apple, can see who you are or which sites you are visiting while browsing the web on Safari, thus protecting your privacy. With iCloud Private Relay on, the traffic sent from your iPhone is encrypted and sent through two different internet relays, making it difficult for websites to see your IP address and exact location, and for network providers to collect your browsing activity on Safari. To turn on iCloud Private Relay, go to Settings app > Apple ID > iCloud > Private Relay and tap on Private Relay. However, iCloud Private Relay is not available in some countries or regions.
