People were telling me that Ghost.org is way faster than WordPress.
So I had to try it myself.
I optimized my WordPress page, and also created a ghost.org page, and put both of them on Pagespeed Insights.
And guess what?
WordPress seems to have higher performance.
Funny huh?

I think my WordPress optimization is going pretty good. I also think that the Cocoon theme that I am using is super blazing fast. That’s what I’m thinking.
If someone is telling you that you should move to Ghost.org because it’s faster, then they are wrong. It’s all about optimization on the WordPress side.
However, note that WordPress optimization takes learning, trial and error, and skills, so if you want to skip all those, then starting with Ghost.org would be a better idea.
